Defined by the mandate, not a menu.
Most of what Luznur Capital does is not a product. It is judgment applied to a specific brief — sourcing an asset that is not on the market, holding a transaction together across jurisdictions, or conducting a mandate that cannot be discussed.
This page is not a list of services; those sit in the pages above. It is an account of how the firm operates, and the standard it holds when the engagement is complex, cross-border, or confidential.
From sourcing to exit, not a single slice.
A transactional broker earns on the deed and moves on. We are engaged across the life of an asset — and often before it exists as an opportunity at all. The value is in holding the whole line, so that each stage is executed with the next already in view.

Exit
The Portuguese end of a cross-border mandate.
Luznur Capital is a Portugal specialist. What we bring to an international client or partner is not presence in their jurisdiction — it is certainty in ours. When capital, a family, or a deal moves toward Portugal from abroad, we are the party on the ground here who sources it, executes it, and lands it cleanly, whatever structure or legal system it arrives through.
Where our clients come from
We are the Portuguese counterpart for parties across a range of jurisdictions — the Gulf, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates with its DIFC and ADGM regimes, and the wider MENA region; Spain, where we also work in partnership; and, through established partners, Brazil, the United States, France, Switzerland, and Nigeria. Wherever the client, the capital, or the deal originates, the execution happens here, in Portugal, with us.
Trusts, funds & corporate vehicles
Foreign capital rarely arrives in a personal name. We handle the Portuguese acquisition where the buyer is a trust fund, a regulated fund, or a corporate vehicle — working with the client’s own advisers, or introducing ours, so the structure holds cleanly on the Portuguese side before capital is committed.
Free zones & freeports
We read the free-zone and freeport regimes our clients arrive through — the DIFC and ADGM in the Gulf, or Switzerland — and know how an asset or entity positioned within them is treated once it meets the Portuguese regime.
Diverse regulatory environments
A single inbound mandate can require several Portuguese regimes to be satisfied at once — foreign investment, real estate, residency, and corporate law — sequenced so that no requirement surfaces after it has become expensive to fix.
Institutional deal partners
For investment banks, placement agents, and sponsors with a mandate pointed at Portugal, we are the execution and sourcing partner on the ground here — identifying and accessing assets, conducting local diligence, and carrying the transaction through to completion in-market. The mandate and the investor relationships remain yours; we are the Portuguese presence that a deal run from New York, London, or the GCC cannot replicate remotely.
On the technical questions that cross borders — tax residence, trust and corporate structuring, cross-border liability — we coordinate rather than advise. The opinion that carries professional responsibility comes from our legal, tax, immigration, and corporate law partners, in writing. Our role is to hold the Portuguese end of the mandate together and make sure the right specialist is in the room at the right time.
Engagements that cannot be discussed.
A meaningful part of the firm’s work is conducted for principals whose involvement is itself confidential. We are structured to serve family offices, public figures, professional athletes, and royal and prominent families — mandates governed, without exception, by the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
What we can say is how these mandates are held: a defined circle of people, information shared only on need, and a single point of accountability for the client. Where the sensitivity warrants it, the engagement is walled from the rest of the firm’s activity entirely.
Discretion is not a feature we advertise; it is the precondition of the work, and a firm that names sensitive clients has already failed the test it was hired to pass.
A node in your network, not a replacement for it.
We work most effectively alongside the advisers a client already trusts, and as a dependable counterpart to the professionals who refer to us. The firm is a coordination point, not a closed shop.
Legal, tax & immigration partners
Financing brokers, private banks & wealth managers
Migration agents & advisers
For intermediaries, this matters more than any single capability: a mandate referred to Luznur Capital returns to you intact. We do not compete for the relationship we are trusted with.
Scoped before it is accepted.
A mandate is defined before it is taken on. That protects both sides — and it is why the engagements we accept tend to conclude well.
A confidential conversation
A defined mandate
Single-point accountability
Some mandates begin with a single, private conversation.
If you are considering an engagement — for yourself, for a client, or for a family you advise — the first step is a confidential discussion, under no obligation, to establish whether the brief is one we are the right firm to hold.
Transparency · Confidentiality · Execution
