A Portuguese studio with deep Iberian roots, Martina works across residential and hospitality projects of very different scale — single-family villas, multifamily buildings, and hotels — in both the luxury and mid-market segments, and from new builds to the rehabilitation of a building or the repositioning of an apartment.

It is the practice we bring in when a client has bought a building, a villa, or an apartment to reposition — where the design, the construction, and the municipal process are one project.

Based in Porto and Lisbon, the studio delivers across Portugal — with completed projects in the Algarve among them — and abroad.

Where coordination meets the build.

Our clients buy across borders and rarely live in Portugal while the work is done. Luznur holds the acquisition and the client-side coordination; Martina holds the design, the licensing, and the construction through to completion. On the site, the two meet — so nothing falls into the gap between them.
