Arabian Room – Palácio da Bolsa

The Arabian Room, at Palácio da Bolsa, in the city of Porto, is one of the most famous and remarkable rooms in the Palácio da Bolsa. It is known for its luxurious decoration, which follows the Moorish style with Arab and Islamic influences. The Arabian Room is often used for events, receptions, and special ceremonies due to its beauty and exotic ambiance.

In addition to the details of Arabic lettering in the walls, the main door, when closed (as in the photo), is not aligned with the geometry of the floor. This was done on purpose, respecting that in Islam, it is of understanding that only God makes perfect things.
